This application is very easy to get around & get the most of it. It makes practicing mindfulness simple & enjoyable which is the way it should be.
The application also has a friendly & soft feel to it making it a pleasure to revisit & be guided back home to ones self & a more peaceful place regularly. Well done!!
Some bad moments
Beautiful App and very easy to navigate. I recommend those who are new to a meditation practice and those looking to deepen an existing one. The App presents several accessible options for everyone.
This app is particularly wonderful for those trying to establish a meditation/mindfulness practice. It is the perfect way to support yourself so that you can establish the discipline. In doing so, we get off the hamster wheel from time to time to remind ourselves to celebrate our being rather than simply our doing. For someone like me who is always on the go, it is easy to lose myself in the rat race. This app reminds me to take just a little time for myself everyday to presence myself and celebrate what is, right now.
I was convinced by one of my friends that this app was the most wonderful mildfullness, and i tried and id like to shout out loud to everyone to try this and NOt to miss this great opportunity. Very useful and love it!

I am loving this app and use it often. It helps me to focus and stay grounded when I am experiencing any anxiety. For me, Ruben gently guides and leaves enough silence during the experience without being overly talky!

Or when I just need calmness. Ruben guides gently leaving the right amount of silence in between. Some guided apps are just too wordy/talky. That is not the case with Ruben !
